All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our equine care and treatment products, all sales are final. BarnChange LLC does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted products.

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, opened or used products cannot be returned for resale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact BarnChange LLC within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

BarnChange LLC reserves the right to review and verify claims before approving a replacement or refund.

Replacements and Refunds

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, our preferred resolution is to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed promptly. The time required for funds to appear depends on the customer’s financial institution.

If BarnChange LLC requires an eligible product to be returned, return shipping will be provided at no cost to the customer.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has shipped. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
